[gr20130cd-plcfing.jpg] Place finger ready to inject
Depending on the size of the syringe, and the size of dose, you might already have your index finger poised on top of the plunger, ready to press it. However, if you hadn't placed it there before, do so now, but do not slide the needle under the skin yet. It's easiest to inject without causing pain if your plunging finger is in place before you slide the needle under the skin.
While placing your finger on the plunger, keep a steady hold on the fold of skin and on the syringe. Avoid wiggling the assembly!
Now all is ready to inject.
